The essence (96%) is a lightweight treatment layer; the cream (92%) is a gel-cream moisturiser that seals everything in. Many clients use both — essence first, cream on top — but if you want just one step, the cream works as a standalone moisturiser.

For normal, combination and oily skin, yes — it hydrates, repairs and soothes as a standalone final step. Very dry skin may want a richer cream layered over it in winter; ask us and we'll suggest a pairing from our range.
