Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order — and what to do if it isn't quite right.
Shipping within Ireland
- Flat rate of €5 on all orders shipped within the Republic of Ireland.
- Free shipping automatically applied on orders over €50.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.
- Most addresses receive their order within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Collection in salon
You can choose to collect your order from either of our Dublin locations free of charge. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.
International shipping
We currently only ship within Ireland. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Returns
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, haircare and applicator products are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@haku.ie with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
