Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask all clients to give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time to other clients and ensures our team is fairly compensated for their work.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice
No charge. We'll do our best to find an alternative time that suits you.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment
A fee of 50% of the total appointment value will be charged.
No-shows
Clients who fail to attend without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the total appointment value.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any deposit held. Outstanding fees must be settled before a future appointment can be booked.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, email, or via your online booking confirmation. We recommend cancelling by email or through the booking portal so your request is recorded with a timestamp.
