Our bestselling facial at Haku! The Haku Signature facial uses natural and organic skincare tailored to suit your skin type. Kobido Facial massage is performed to work out muscle tension on the face and give an instant lift. The facial is completed with facial mask and soothing scalp massage.
Hydra Glow Facial
Give your skin a surge of hydration with this ultra hydrating & nourishing facial. Using all natural and organic Comfort Zone skincare, designed to suit all skin types. Ice roller massage is used to boost lymphatic drainage, de-puff the face, and give an instant lift & glow!
Comfort Zone Customised Facial
This facial uses natural and organic Comfort Zone skincare. Suitable for all skin types, this facial is customised to suit your unique skin's needs. It includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extraction, facial massage and facial mask.
Poreless Beauty
This deeply cleansing and renewing facial that suits all skin types. Genosys South Korean skincare is used to cleanse, exfoliate, decongest the skin. LED lights are used to boost skin cell regeneration and rejuvenate the skin.
Hygiene Facial
This facial uses Genosys South Korean Skincare to deeply purify and cleanse the skin. Designed for oily/combination and acne prone skin types, this facial helps to rebalance oil production, heal breakouts, whilst hydrating and nourishing the skin.

This facial is designed to suit specific skin concerns affecting men's skin. It includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extraction, kobido facial massage and facial mask.

Haku Bespoke Facial (PCA)
This facial uses PCA medi-grade skincare to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin. Kobido facial massage is performed to boost collagen production and increase lymphatic drainage to give an instant lift & glow to the skin.
Deep Detox Facial (PCA)
Using PCA medi-grade skincare, this gentle detoxifying treatment deeply cleanses the skin and removes impurities. This treatment reduces breakouts, minimises pores and balances oil production leaving a mattified result with no downtime. Perfect for an oily/congested/acne skin type.
Brightening Facial (PCA)
This facial uses PCA medi-grade skincare to treat dull, fatigued skin, to give an instant boost of radiance. Powerful AHA's and enzymes are used to exfoliate dead skin cells, renew, smoothen and brighten the skin.

What facial is best for my skin type?
For first-time clients or all skin types, the Haku Signature Facial is our bestseller. For dehydrated or dull skin, the Hydra Glow is ideal. For oily, congested or acne-prone skin, we recommend the Hygiene Facial or Deep Detox (PCA). For sensitive or reactive skin, the Comfort Zone Customised Facial is the gentlest option. Our therapists will always assess your skin before treatment and can adjust accordingly.

What is Kobido facial massage?
Kobido is a traditional Japanese facial massage technique that works the muscles of the face and neck to release tension, stimulate circulation, and encourage collagen production. The result is an immediate visible lift and glow. At Haku, Kobido is incorporated into the Haku Signature Facial, Men's Facial, and Haku Bespoke Facial (PCA). Other facials include standard facial massage techniques tailored to the treatment.
What is the difference between facials and clinical treatments at Haku?
Our facials focus on skin health, hydration, and skin-specific massage techniques, with Kobido facial massage featured in select treatments including the Haku Signature, Men's Facial, and Haku Bespoke. Our clinical treatments, including HydraFacial, IPL, Fraxel, microneedling, and PCA peels, use medical-grade devices and deeper resurfacing techniques to address specific concerns like acne scarring, pigmentation, and fine lines. How often should I get a facial?
For general skin health and maintenance, a facial every four to six weeks is ideal. This aligns with the skin's natural renewal cycle. If you are treating a specific concern such as acne or pigmentation, more frequent treatments may be recommended.
How long do facials take at Haku?
Most facials at Haku are either 55 or 65 minutes. Allow a few extra minutes for consultation and preparation. The full duration is listed on each treatment page.
