Who we are

What we keep

Your email address, the page you signed up on, the sentence you agreed to, and when you signed up, confirmed or left. Nothing else: no name, no IP address.

Why, and on what basis

To send you the newsletter: new treatments and first-look appointments, about once a month. The basis is your consent. You give it when you sign up, and we only send the newsletter once you have clicked the link in our confirmation email. If you never confirm, you won't get it.

Who handles it for us

Your sign-up is stored in our own database, run by Supabase in Ireland. MailerSend sends the confirmation email, and MailerLite sends the newsletter. They handle your address only on our instructions. We never share or sell it.

How long we keep it

While you're subscribed. A sign-up you never confirm is deleted 30 days after we last sent you the link. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, so that we never send you the newsletter again by mistake. If you'd like it deleted completely, email us.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time, from the link in any newsletter or by emailing us, and it takes effect straight away. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, to correct it or to delete it. Unsubscribing doesn't affect anything we sent before you did.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
