Questions about Haku
Booking and the deposit
How do I book?
Online, from any Book button on this site, or by phone: Haku Ranelagh on 01 485 4021, Haku Blackrock on 01 444 1471. A Book button opens our booking page. A few treatments are booked by phone for now, and their rows say "Call".
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures every booking, online or by phone, and the balance is paid in the salon.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. With more than 24 hours' notice there is no charge. Within 24 hours of your appointment, the fee is 50% of the appointment value, and a no-show is charged 100%. Fees are taken from the deposit you paid when booking, and any remaining balance is charged to the same card.
To change or cancel, call or email the salon, or use your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policyHow do I pay?
The deposit is paid by card when you book, online or by phone. The balance is paid in the salon on the day, by card, cash, Apple Pay or gift voucher.
Can I request a therapist?
You can request a therapist when you book. We can't promise the same person every time, because the diary sometimes changes on the day.
