    What does Haku offer when you need to switch off?

    Massage and head spa: time to switch off, not a treatment for stress or sleep. A massage at either Haku salon costs from €50 for 25 minutes to €155 for the 100-minute Total Aroma Tip to Toe Massage Journey. The Japanese Yume Head Spa is €149 for 65 minutes at Haku Blackrock, and the Dry Japanese Head Spa €125 at both.

    Will a massage help me sleep?

    We don't claim that it will. A massage is time to switch off; if sleep is a problem for you, your GP is the right person to ask.

    Which is the longest?

    The Total Aroma Tip to Toe Massage Journey is 100 minutes, €155, at both salons. For longer, the Sakura Awakening Package is 150 minutes, €245.

    Can I request a therapist?

    You can request a therapist when you book.

    Can I give it as a gift?

    Yes. A gift voucher is emailed instantly. Valid for 5 years from purchase.

    How does the deposit work?

    A 50% deposit secures your booking. You can change it free up to 24 hours before, and the balance is paid in the salon.
