Shiseido is the oldest brand we stock — founded in Tokyo in 1872, and the house that arguably invented modern Japanese skincare.
We carry it for the fundamentals rather than the headline products. Japanese suncare in particular is a genuinely different standard from what is easily available here: lighter textures, filters that do not leave a cast, and a formulation culture that treats daily SPF as ordinary rather than as a summer purchase. If daily sunscreen is the highest-return habit in skincare, the sunscreen has to be something you will actually reapply.
