A Japanese approach to massage in Dublin
Our therapists are trained in both Japanese and European massage traditions. Japanese techniques, Shiatsu pressure points, bamboo, the principle of treating body and mind together, sit alongside deep tissue, hot stone, and pregnancy massage. The same menu is available at both Ranelagh and Blackrock.

This 80 min ultra-relaxing massage includes body brushing on the back, back massage, body lotion application on the back, a soothing foot massage, revitalizing mini facial with facial massage, and a super stress-relieving scalp massage. The perfect treatment to help melt away your stress and get you back to balance!
Desk-Detox Massage
A refined upper-body ritual designed to release the strain of modern working life. This luxurious treatment combines a deeply relaxing back, hand and arm massage with the rejuvenating art of Kobido facial massage and a calming Indian Head Massage.
6-step routine including foot bath, hair combing, back and head massage with neck and body stretching. Optional add on face massage for extra €10. This is a dry head spa treatment and does not include scalp camera, washing or styling of the hair. Please come with loosely-styled, brushed hair so to not waste treatment time brushing the hair.
Peaceful Escape
A 40-minute relaxing treatment that includes tingsha bells, a foot bath, and hand, head, and foot massage, perfect for healing stress and promoting deep relaxation.

What types of massage do you offer in Dublin?

How much does a massage cost at Haku?
Massage prices at Haku start from €50 for a Mini Head Massage and €59 for a Back Treatment. Full body massages range from €109 to €155 depending on treatment type and duration. Targeted back, neck and shoulder treatments start from €95.
Can I add hot stones or bamboo to my massage?
Yes. Hot stones, warm bamboo, body brushing and other enhancements are available as add-ons to most of our full body massages at the booking stage. Simply select your base massage and choose your add-ons when booking.
Do you offer massage at both Ranelagh and Blackrock?
Yes. Our full massage menu is available at both our Ranelagh and Blackrock locations. You can book at either clinic through the booking button above.
What is the difference between deep tissue and Swedish massage?
Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure to encourage relaxation and circulation. Deep tissue massage uses slower, sustained pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle, better suited to chronic tension, knots, and postural strain. If you're unsure which to choose, our therapists can advise at the time of booking.
Do you offer pregnancy massage in Dublin?
Yes. We offer specialist pregnancy massage from 12 weeks onwards at both Ranelagh and Blackrock. The treatment is performed in a supported side-lying position using pregnancy-safe oils, focused on the lower back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet.
Can I book a couples massage at Haku?
Yes. Our couples massage is a relaxing full body massage that takes place at the same time but in separate rooms. Book for two people to ensure you're scheduled together.
