    At Haku, the Lymph Flow Beauty Massage is €109 for 55 minutes at Haku Ranelagh and Haku Blackrock: a gentle, non-medical full body massage with very light pressure. The Lymph Flow Detox Beauty Body Massage adds body brushing, €129 for 70 minutes. Haku Blackrock also has the 80-minute Lymph Flow Total Detox Treatment, €150.

    What is a lymphatic drainage massage at Haku?

    Lymph Flow: a gentle, non-medical beauty massage of the whole body with very light pressure. It is not medical (manual) lymphatic drainage, the clinical treatment, and we don't claim it treats anything.

    What does it feel like?

    Gentle. The pressure is very light, much lighter than a deep tissue massage and lighter than a Swedish massage. Tell your therapist if anything feels too firm.

    Does it detox the body?

    We don't claim that. "Detox" is part of two of the treatments' names; what they add is body brushing, and in the Total Detox a foot soak and a head massage.

    What is body brushing?

    Brushing the skin of the body before the massage. It starts the Lymph Flow Detox Beauty Body Massage and the Total Detox Treatment.

    Is the abdomen included?

    Yes, in the Lymph Flow Beauty Massage and the Total Detox Treatment. Tell your therapist if you'd rather they left it out.

    Is there anyone who shouldn't have one?

    Tell us when you book if you're pregnant or have a medical condition, and we'll suggest the right treatment. In pregnancy, the Pregnancy Massage is the one for you.

    How often should I have a massage?

    We suggest a massage about every 5 weeks.

    What's the difference between the three?

    The Lymph Flow Beauty Massage is 55 minutes, full body. The Lymph Flow Detox Beauty Body Massage is 70 minutes and starts with body brushing. The Lymph Flow Total Detox Treatment is 80 minutes, at Haku Blackrock only.

    Can I change or cancel my booking?

    Yes. With more than 24 hours' notice there is no charge. Within 24 hours of your appointment, the fee is 50% of the appointment value, and a no-show is charged 100%. Fees are taken from the deposit you paid when booking, and any remaining balance is charged to the same card.

    Can I pay with a gift voucher?

    Yes. It can be used on any treatment or product, and over several visits until it is used up. It can't be exchanged for cash.

    Can I request a therapist?

    You can request a therapist when you book. We can't promise the same person every time, because the diary sometimes changes on the day.
