Questions
What happens in reflexology?
Your therapist works on your bare feet, applying pressure to points of each foot, one foot and then the other.
Is reflexology a medical treatment?
No. It is a relaxing treatment for the feet, and we don't claim it treats or diagnoses anything.
Reflexology or a foot massage?
Reflexology works point by point on the feet. For a foot massage as part of something longer, the Peaceful Escape (€85, 40 minutes) is tingsha bells and a foot bath, then hand, head and foot massage.
Which should I choose, the full or the mini?
Reflexology is 40 minutes for €95; Mini Reflexology is 25 minutes for €50, a shorter version of the same treatment.
Can I add reflexology to another treatment?
Yes, 40 minutes for €95 with the Dry Japanese Head Spa and Dry Japanese Head Spa. Choose it as an add-on when you book.
How often should I have a massage?
We suggest a massage about every 5 weeks.
Is there anything I should tell you first?
Tell us when you book if you have an injury, an infection or an open cut, or if you're pregnant.
Can I choose my therapist?
You can request a therapist when you book.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. With more than 24 hours' notice there is no charge. Within 24 hours of your appointment, the fee is 50% of the appointment value, and a no-show is charged 100%. Fees are taken from the deposit you paid when booking, and any remaining balance is charged to the same card.
Can I pay with a gift voucher?
Yes. It can be used on any treatment or product, and over several visits until it is used up. It can't be exchanged for cash.
