HydraFacial or PDRN facial: which one?
At Haku, a HydraFacial (€190, 55 min, Haku Blackrock) cleanses, extracts and hydrates, then finishes with LED, so it suits congested or dull skin and a glow before an event. The PDRN Bio-Meso Facial (€200, 40 min, at both salons) is aimed at texture over a course, and the evidence for it is still limited.

How are they different?
A HydraFacial is a one-visit treatment for the surface of the skin; the PDRN facial is meant as a course.
A HydraFacial's steps are cleanse and peel, extract and hydrate, fuse and protect, then LED. Most people go back to their day straight afterwards; your therapist will tell you if your skin needs anything different. Results vary.
The PDRN Bio-Meso Facial uses a Genosys serum containing PDRN: purified DNA fragments from salmon or trout. Any change to texture builds over several sessions. It is a facial, not an injection: Haku is injectable-free.

It is promising but small, and most of it tested injections rather than facials.
